What to Expect in a Listening Session

  • You’ll choose the time that feels right (15, 30, or 45 minutes) and whether to connect by phone or Zoom.

  • You’ll be met with calm, focused presence.

  • You can talk about anything—no matter how tangled or unclear.

  • You’ll be listened to with care, reflected back clearly, and gently guided with clarifying questions when helpful.

  • Leave feeling better: lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
