Help Someone Feel HeardHow Does Pay It Forward Work?
When someone requests Pay It Forward support, they simply email HOLD. Each $25 gift sponsors 15 minutes of confidential listening, but sessions may be 15, 30, or 45 minutes depending on what’s needed. A code is sent to the requester to cover the time, and they schedule their appointment just like any other HOLD session. This ensures people get the space they truly need — whether that’s a shorter reset or a longer conversation during a difficult season.
